Using this site

This site presents the work of Liven Interiors®. You may browse it and use its tools for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Spatial Wellbeing Check-up

The Spatial Wellbeing Check-up is an assessment of a space designed to identify the environmental, sensory and use conditions that may influence the everyday experience of the people who live in it.

Depending on the option booked, the service may include questionnaires and a review of photographs, videos, floor plans, measurements and other information about the space.

The observations and recommendations provided are for information and spatial consulting purposes. They do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment or medical, psychological or any other healthcare advice.

Payment

The price and payment terms of each service are shown before you confirm the booking or are set out in the corresponding proposal.

A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Where applicable, taxes, additional expenses or services not included will be stated before any charge is made.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a service, let Liven know through the contact details shown on this site.

The applicable conditions depend on the type of service, the work already started and the expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation.

Where a service has a specific cancellation policy, it will be shared with you before booking.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to change the date of a session, visit or consultation, you can request a new date, subject to availability.

The conditions and deadlines for changes will be shared when you book the service.

Missed sessions

When a session has been confirmed and the client neither attends nor lets us know they cannot take part within the period set for the service, the session may be considered delivered.

In exceptional circumstances, you can contact us to review your situation.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, depend on the service booked, the progress of the work and the expenses already incurred by Liven.

Services, analyses or deliverables already completed in full or in part may be non-refundable in proportion to the work carried out.

Any specific refund conditions will be shared before booking, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under applicable law.

Scope of services

Each service has a specific scope, described on the booking page, in the booking confirmation or in the corresponding commercial proposal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any additional service, visit, review, change, specialized measurement, implementation, supervision or construction work must be booked separately.

Liven’s recommendations are based on the information available and the conditions observed at the time of the assessment.

Check-up fee toward a project

The amount paid for the Spatial Wellbeing Check-up may be applied in full or in part toward a later project booked with Liven.

This benefit is valid for 15 calendar days from the date the Check-up was paid.

After this period, the amount paid for the Check-up cannot be applied as a credit, discount or advance for later services.

The application of this benefit depends on the nature, scope and conditions of the project booked. Liven reserves the right to decide whether it applies and the percentage applicable in each case, according to the specific characteristics of the project and at its discretion.

The benefit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or benefits, unless expressly authorized by Liven.

Intellectual property

The texts, concepts, graphics, images, documents, reports, methodologies, processes, materials, visual identity and other content developed by Liven are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The client may use the reports and deliverables received for personal or professional purposes related to the project for which they were prepared.

They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published or used to develop derivative services without Liven’s prior written authorization.

Booking a service does not transfer any rights over the methodologies, tools, processes or systems used to deliver it.

Photographs, videos, floor plans and files

When you share photographs, videos, floor plans, measurements or other files, you keep ownership of that material.

By providing it to Liven, you authorize its use only to the extent needed to assess the space, deliver the service booked and prepare the corresponding deliverables.

We recommend not including people, identity documents or other personal information that is not needed for the assessment.

Liven will not use identifiable images of your home, space or project for advertising, editorial, promotional or portfolio purposes without your prior authorization.

Confidentiality

The information you share about your project will be kept confidential and used only to provide the service booked.

Liven may work with collaborators, specialists or providers when a project requires it. In those cases, only the information reasonably needed to carry out the corresponding work will be shared.

This obligation does not apply to information that is public, that has been lawfully obtained by other means or whose disclosure is required by a competent authority.

Limitations

Liven delivers its services based on the information provided by the client and the observable conditions of the space at the time of the assessment.

Recommendations can help improve certain conditions of the environment and of the spatial experience, but results may vary between people, spaces and circumstances.

Liven does not guarantee medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or other results beyond the scope of the spatial design and consulting service booked.

When a recommendation requires structural, electrical, technical, medical, psychological or any other regulated specialist work, it must be reviewed and carried out by the corresponding professional.

Guidance content

The images, examples, simulations, visualizations and content shown on this site are for information and general-audience purposes.

The demonstrations of the Spatial Wellbeing Check-up and other Liven tools illustrate the kind of observations that may be part of our services, but they do not represent real measurements, diagnoses or individual assessments unless expressly stated otherwise.

Editorial content, scientific references and educational materials are for general-audience purposes and do not replace specialized professional advice.

Results and recommendations

Liven’s recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the analysis and on the particular characteristics of each space.

The experience of an environment can vary from one person to another and be influenced by many factors.

For this reason, Liven does not guarantee specific results from implementing a recommendation and is not responsible for changes made without professional supervision when such supervision is needed.

Third-party services

Some services may require the involvement of suppliers, installers, contractors, consultants, technology platforms or other external professionals.

When these services are booked directly by the client, the contractual relationship and responsibility for their execution lie with the selected provider.

Liven is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays or breaches of independent third parties, unless expressly agreed otherwise within the scope of the project.

Changes to these terms

Liven may update these Terms and Conditions when needed to reflect changes in its services, processes, technologies or legal requirements.

The current version will be available on this website and will show the date of its last update.

The conditions that apply to a service are those in force when it was booked, unless both parties later agree otherwise in writing.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico.

Any dispute related to Liven’s services will first be addressed directly and in good faith between the parties.

When a solution cannot be reached, the mechanisms and competent authorities under the corresponding legislation, and the rights that apply to consumers, will apply.
