What we collect
- When you write to us or request a Check-up: name, email, WhatsApp number if you choose to share it, type of project, city or location, what you would like to improve and your message.
- If you book or pay for a service: the details needed to manage the booking and, if you ask for one, the invoice.
- If you ask for new essays, a guide or another resource: your email, only for that.
What we use it for
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on your project, or to send what you asked for. We don’t sell your details or share them for advertising.
Who it is shared with
With the technology providers that run this site, our forms, our email and, when available, online payments, only to the extent needed to operate them and provide the service you requested.
Bookings and payments
If you book a service or make a payment, we use the information needed to manage your booking, confirm the payment, issue an invoice when requested and contact you about the service you booked.
Online payments, when available, are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout. Liven does not store your full card details.
Photos, videos and floor plans
For some services, you can share photographs, videos, measurements or floor plans of the space.
We use this material only to understand and assess the environment, prepare recommendations and provide the service you requested.
We recommend not including people, identity documents or other personal information that is not needed for the assessment.
Liven does not publish images, floor plans, case studies or material from a project without your authorization.
International transfers of information
Some of the technology providers we use may process or store information outside Mexico.
When this happens, information is transferred only to the extent needed to run the website, communicate with you or provide the service you requested, under those providers’ privacy and security terms.
Sensitive information
Liven does not require medical or psychological information, or any other sensitive personal data, to provide its design, consulting and spatial wellbeing services.
We recommend not sharing this kind of information unless it is specifically needed for a service and you have been told beforehand how it will be used.
Our questionnaires are designed to understand your experience and perception of the space, not to collect medical information or carry out health assessments.
About the Spatial Wellbeing Check-up
If you choose to do the Spatial Wellbeing Check-up, we may collect your answers about how you perceive and experience your space, including comfort, lighting, sound, temperature and other environmental conditions.
We use this information to better understand your experience of the environment and to prepare your assessment and recommendations.
The Spatial Wellbeing Check-up is a spatial assessment tool and is not a medical or psychological assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
Downloads, guides and resources
If you ask for a document, a guide or another resource, we will use your email address to send you what you asked for and communications directly related to it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, object to their use, or withdraw consent. Write to hola@liveninteriors.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a document that confirms your identity or that of your representative. We will reply the same way, within the time limits set by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Cookies and measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand the site’s activity in general terms, without cookies.
We also use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These tools set cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads, and to show Liven ads to people who have visited the site. They do not receive the content of the forms.
